Steve was fantastic in assisting us with selecting a new snuggle chair and footstool to match a prior buy from the shop. This marks the third sofa we've gotten from this place, and we wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else. The service in-store and the delivery crew are consistently top-notch.

He walked us through picking the right quality and finish of leather that suited us after we decided on the sofa and chair we liked! Stokers had an enormous selection of furniture to browse! Really impressive and a fantastic shopping experience! Plus, we even enjoyed a nice cup of coffee!

I loved being able to browse the different products in the store without any interruptions from the employees, but it was reassuring to know they were available if I needed anything. Plus, when we came back, one of the staff members remembered us and approached to lend a hand after wrapping up with another shopper.

We visited the Stokers branch in Southport to find some sofas for my sister-in-law from North Wales. I set up a video call so she could check out the sofas and see the various colors on her big screen TV. The salesman, Graham, was super helpful; he provided her with tons of valuable info, almost like a mini presentation, about sofa construction, the different types of leather, and maintenance tips. We had a great time shopping, and Graham was never pushy—just friendly and supportive. He offered us an awesome deal, and we ended up buying two three-seater sofas.

I can't believe we missed out on this gem for so long! We headed to Stokers/Chester looking for two reclining sofas after doing some online digging for the best options. Sealand Rd is a great spot with Stokers, DFS, and Sofology all close together, making it easy to check out the sofas in person. We decided to hit up Stokers first, and I'm so glad we did. The entrance is inviting, with furniture displayed in a stylish and functional way. As we explored this massive showroom, the variety was mind-blowing. I had my eye on a few sofas before arriving and was lucky enough to meet Andy, who greeted us warmly and asked if we needed assistance. After I shared my preferences, he quickly understood what I was looking for and enthusiastically guided us to the sofa section! Andy was incredibly helpful, explaining all the options, providing fabric samples, and even working out the best deals and current promotions. He managed to negotiate an extra discount for us too! We were almost ready to make a purchase but thought we’d check out the other stores first. We ended up back at Stokers in just 20 minutes! The other places just didn’t compare to our experience there. We bought the sofas and left as two very satisfied customers. The service and staff were top-notch. Big thumbs up from us!

I was really blown away by the service at the Ormskirk location. We were eyeing a leather chair. Roy helped us out and he knew his stuff, guiding us through everything. After we purchased the chair, he walked us through the entire process and the delivery schedule. I’d totally suggest this place to anyone in search of high-quality furniture without breaking the bank.

You can totally see why this place has been around since 1895. It’s all about the quality of their goods and the service they provide.

Alicja Chrzaszcz was super welcoming, asked if we were hunting for something specific, and walked us through the layout of the store’s offerings. She was always ready to lend a hand whenever we needed it.

After we chose a sofa and chair, Alicja coordinated with the delivery team to check out our internal hall and door sizes, making sure our selected suite would fit perfectly in our space. And she did it all at a time that worked for us.
